Instead of Blaming BAT or APC, Obi Should Admit That Many of His Problems Are Caused by Him – Arabambi

Labour Party National Vice Chairman (South-West), Dr. Abayomi Arabambi, has urged former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi to take responsibility for the challenges surrounding his political career instead of blaming President Bola Tinubu or the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Arabambi made the remarks during an interview on News Central TV while reacting to Obi’s claim that there were attempts to prevent him from contesting the 2027 presidential election.

According to Arabambi, many of the issues confronting Obi stem from decisions he has made throughout his political career, including his movement across different political parties, rather than actions by the ruling APC.

“Instead of blaming Tinubu or the APC, Peter Obi should admit that many of his problems are self-inflicted,” Arabambi said.

He argued that allegations of political persecution should be supported by evidence and stressed that political decisions carry consequences. Arabambi also urged Obi to address concerns surrounding his political activities instead of directing blame at the President or the ruling party, adding that political actors should accept responsibility for their actions rather than attribute every setback to external forces.
