📝 How to Send Your Story
You can submit your story in two ways:

Send your story to stories@mindbodylove.life
Include:
- Your full name (or pen name)
- Your age & location (optional)
- Your story (minimum 300 words)
- A short note saying:
“I give MindBodyLove.life permission to publish my story.”

- We may edit submissions slightly for clarity, grammar, or length, but we’ll always keep your voice authentic.
- Not all stories may be published, but every submission is read and appreciated.
