My wife and her boss were in school together, so when my wife started working with the company and found him there, they built a relationship I must admit I wasn’t comfortable with.
My wife would be talking on the phone, laughing, and she would tell me she was talking to her boss. She would be typing and smiling, and she would tell me it was her boss who was making her smile.
I got jealous and decided to check her phone to see what they talked about. When I finally got her phone and went through their messages, there were too few. I realized immediately that my wife had deleted some of the messages.
So I pretended to be my wife and sent him a message. It was around 12 a.m. I thought he wouldn’t answer, but not too long after I sent it, he responded. He asked why I was awake, and I said I couldn’t sleep. He asked, “Today too, he couldn’t last beyond one minute?”
I was dumbstruck, but I had to respond and see how the conversation would go. I sent crying emojis. He said, “This man will eventually push you to cheat. Why don’t you buy the medicine and force him to take it?”
I responded, “Do you think he’ll take it?”
He said, “Just try. If he doesn’t, allow Seth to do it. Life is too short, my dear.”
I didn’t delete any of the messages. When she woke up, I asked her to read them. She said she only confided in him as a friend.
“That your husband is a two-minute man?” She couldn’t answer.
“Who is Seth?” I asked her.

“He’s a mutual friend. Yes, he likes me, but I haven’t given him any space or gotten close to him.”
I can believe her explanation about Seth, but what her boss said still traumatizes me. How can a married woman be this open with her boss to the extent of telling him about our bedroom issues? She’s been asking me to forgive her, but I still can’t. It’s still haunting me.
