Former presidential aide and African Democratic Congress (ADC) chieftain Lauretta Onochie has reacted after former Vice President Waziri Atiku Abubakar met with European Union Ambassador to Nigeria and Head of Delegation, Gautier Mignot, in Abuja.
In a post shared on her official X account, Onochie said the meeting focused on issues of mutual interest between Nigeria and the European Union, with particular attention to the upcoming general elections.
According to her, the discussions emphasized the need for a free, fair and transparent electoral process. She also described Atiku as the “incoming president.”
Photos shared alongside the post showed Atiku exchanging handshakes and smiles with Mignot during the meeting.
