Borno: These Terrorist Attacks Are Politically Motivated, and I Have Evidence to Prove It — Kaigama

Samaila Ibrahim Kaigama, President of the Borno South Youth Alliance (BOSYA) and founder of Operation Sulhu Zan Lafiya (OSL), has alleged that some terrorist attacks in Borno State are politically motivated.

Speaking during an interview on Channels Television, Kaigama claimed the pattern of attacks, particularly around political campaign and election periods, suggests the involvement of political interests.

“These terrorist attacks are politically motivated, and I have evidence to prove it,” Kaigama said.

He stated that his claims are based on information gathered through his involvement in mediation efforts, adding that the evidence in his possession supports the allegations he has made publicly.

Kaigama called on security agencies to investigate the claims thoroughly and urged the relevant authorities to examine all available evidence before reaching any conclusions.

His remarks were made during a broader discussion on insecurity, terrorism, and mediation efforts in Borno State, where he maintained that only an independent investigation would establish the facts surrounding his allegations.
