Jimmy Rolland has publicly shared details of what he described as a painful experience in his marriage, alleging that his wife deceived him about her virginity before they got married.
Speaking in a video published by Behind The Fame on Saturday, July 25, 2026, Rolland recounted events leading up to and following his marriage, claiming that he ignored numerous warning signs during their four-year relationship before eventually discovering what he considers a major betrayal.
According to Rolland, he and his wife dated for four years before deciding to marry. Throughout that period, he said she repeatedly maintained that she was a virgin and insisted that they abstain from sexual relations until after their wedding.
He said the promise played a significant role in building his trust and expectations ahead of the marriage.
Rolland alleged that his perception changed on their wedding night when, according to him, he discovered that his wife was not a virgin. He described the experience as deeply painful, saying he felt misled by someone he had trusted throughout their relationship.
“She told me she was a virgin throughout our four-year relationship. She insisted that we would not have sex until our wedding night. However, after the wedding, I discovered that she was not a virgin,” Rolland said.
The emotional impact of the discovery, he added, has left him with lasting regret about the marriage. Rolland said he now wishes he had never met his wife, explaining that although she appeared caring and genuine during their courtship, he now views her differently because of what he believes was deliberate deception.
Beyond the issue of virginity, Rolland claimed there had been several warning signs during their relationship that, in hindsight, should have prompted him to end the courtship before marriage.
According to him, both members of his family and some of his friends advised him against proceeding with the relationship. However, he said he chose not to follow their advice.
Rolland attributed his decision to continue with the relationship to what he believes was spiritual manipulation. He alleged that his wife’s mother used charms to influence him, preventing him from paying attention to concerns raised by those close to him.
Reflecting on the period before the wedding, Rolland said he ignored incidents that should have caused him to reconsider the relationship.
“When we were dating, I saw many things that should have made me end the relationship. However, my mother was using charms to manipulate me. My mom told me not to marry her, but I did not listen. My friends also advised me against the marriage, yet I still refused to heed their warnings,” he said.
Rolland also claimed that, over time, he came to believe the challenges extended beyond his wife alone. He alleged that there was a troubling pattern within her family, stating that their daughters reportedly do not remain in their husbands’ homes for long.
He presented the claim as part of the broader concerns he believes became evident after the marriage, although he did not provide specific examples or evidence to support the allegation.
Reiterating what he considers the greatest betrayal, Rolland again stated that his wife had consistently assured him throughout their four-year courtship that she was a virgin and had insisted they wait until marriage before becoming intimate.
“She told me she was a virgin throughout our four-year relationship. She insisted that we would not have sex until our wedding night. However, after the wedding, I discovered that she was not a virgin,” he said.
Rolland’s account has drawn attention online following the circulation of the interview, with his remarks focusing on issues of trust, honesty, and expectations within relationships.
His statements, however, represent his personal account of the events. His wife has not publicly responded to the allegations contained in the interview, and the claims have not been independently verified.
