Emmanuel Garba, a survivor of the recent bandit attack on Naridom community in Kauru Local Government Area of Kaduna State, has recounted how armed attackers allegedly killed five of his children and left another critically injured.

Speaking in an interview with News Central TV, Garba said the attackers forced their way into his home through a window after surrounding the house.
According to him, the assailants shot six of his children in the head while the family was inside. He said five of the children died, while the sixth survived and is receiving treatment in hospital.
Garba said he and his wife escaped by breaking through a window. As they fled, he alleged that some of the attackers pursued his wife, but she managed to evade them by crawling in the darkness because they were not carrying flashlights.
“They surrounded my house, broke the window and entered my room while all of us were inside. They shot six of my children in the head. Five of them died, and one is in the hospital. My wife and I narrowly escaped,” Garba said.
