African Action Congress (AAC) presidential candidate Omoyele Sowore has urged President Bola Tinubu to enroll in adult education, saying it is not too late for him to obtain primary and secondary school qualifications.
According to a DAILY POST report published on Monday, August 3, 2026, Sowore made the remarks after proceedings in his ongoing defamation case involving the president at the Federal High Court in Abuja.
Sowore questioned the educational information Tinubu submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the 2027 presidential election, alleging that the president did not provide details of his primary and secondary school education in the documents filed with the electoral body.
He also claimed that Tinubu submitted only a certificate from Chicago State University, which he alleged differed from the academic document presented during the 1999 election.
“President Tinubu didn’t attend primary and secondary school. He only presented a paper from Chicago State University, which was different from the paper he presented in 1999. I’m advising him that it’s not too late to take advantage of adult education. Let him go back to primary school online,” Sowore said.
The claims reflect Sowore’s allegations and have not been independently verified in the report.
