A newborn baby was found d3ad at a refuse dump site beside Tombia Bridge in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
The baby boy was discovered by a local scavenger on Monday night, June 22, 2026.
According to a resident, Emmanuel, the scavenger pulled the baby out but unfortunately he was confirmed d3ad.
