Abayomi Arabambi has claimed that Nigeria would face serious challenges under the leadership of Peter Obi, while also making allegations about the Labour Party’s handling of the 2023 presidential election.
Speaking in an interview reported by Symfoni News, Arabambi said, “If Peter Obi becomes president, Nigeria will disintegrate.”
He further alleged that the Labour Party failed to upload results from 53,000 polling units during the 2023 election, claiming internal decisions involving Obi and activist Aisha Yesufu affected the party’s chances of victory.
“A man who knew we had the advantage to win that election in 2023, but rather with Aisha Yesufu, they opted not to upload 53,000 polling units of the Labour Party,” he alleged.
Arabambi’s claims have generated mixed reactions among political observers and supporters. However, he did not provide evidence to substantiate the allegations, and neither Obi nor Yesufu had publicly responded to the claims at the time of the report.
