A Nigerian man has shared a video showing when his Airbnb host contacted him over a badly burnt jollof rice pot that reportedly could not be cleaned.
According to him, the host demanded a R3,000 (₦300,000 } penalty for the damaged cookware, prompting him to return to the apartment and attempt to clean the pot himself.
The video captured him scrubbing the burnt pot in a bid to avoid the hefty charge.
