New Manchester United midfielder Youri Tielemans has described his move to Old Trafford as a dream come true, saying he had no hesitation in joining the Premier League club.
According to football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano on Tuesday, July 14, the Belgium international said signing for Manchester United marked one of the proudest moments of his career.
“It’s hard to describe just how proud I am to join Manchester United. Signing for such a special club feels incredible. It is the culmination of years of dedication since I first fell in love with football,” Tielemans said.
The midfielder added that accepting Manchester United’s offer was an easy decision because of the club’s history and global stature.
“When Manchester United call, you don’t think twice,” he said.
Tielemans joins United from Aston Villa and is expected to strengthen the club’s midfield as preparations continue for the new season. His arrival forms part of Manchester United’s ongoing squad rebuild, with supporters now looking forward to seeing him make his debut at Old Trafford.
