Three men have been sentenced to two years imprisonment for attempted goat theft in Niger State.
The convicted individual: Mashood Abdullahi (30) from Maitumbi in Minna, Danlami Ali (40) from Bosso, and Sabastain Madsnga (49) from Shiroro were apprehended following a failed midday operation in Lapai Local Government Area of the state.
The incident which occurred recently had stirred tension within the community.
